Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We currently ship within the United States. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or holidays.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery status.

Local Pickup

We currently do not offer local pickup from Puyallup, WA. All orders are shipped via our partnered carriers.

Damaged or Lost Packages

We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly and also notify us at sales@jiranistyles.com so we can assist where possible.

International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping outside the United States.
