Returns & Refunds Policy

At Jirani Styles, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of our business, all confirmed orders are considered final. Our return and refund policy lasts 31 days from the date of order confirmation. If more than 31 days have passed, we cannot offer a refund, cancellation, or exchange.

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return within the 31-days window, your item must meet the following conditions:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
• It must be returned in its original packaging with all tags attached.
• A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note, we cannot accept returns for the following items:

• Sale or discounted items
• Gift cards
• Intimate, sanitary, or personal care items
• Custom-made or personalized products

Refunds

If your return is approved within the 31-days policy, you will receive a refund to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Once processed, refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need to request an exchange, please contact us within 31 days of receiving your order at support@jiranistyles.com.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, please mail it to: Puyallup, Washington, USA (full address will be provided by email upon approval of your return request).

Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Final Note

After 31 days from the date of order confirmation, all sales are final and non-refundable. Please ensure your order details, size, and color selections are correct before completing your purchase.
